"They are very unorganized and short staffed. Trying to get yarn for my granddaughter's blanket that I am working on and they are out. I had somebody help me and she couldn't find any but yet on the computer it said they had some there in stock. \n\nThere are so many boxes laying around and I almost tripped over one in the way. They really need to hire more people. Heck I wish I could work there and help if I could! lol\n\nCome on Michaels please do better!"

"Terrible store. Cheap quality, poor management. Merchandise is mostly made in China. Light displays won't last one season. Toys, puzzles and games have pieces missing or are bent and unable to be used correctly. Don't waste your money because they will not offer refunds or exchanges on any items if they are open. Even if they are defective at purchase. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone."

"Great service, employees are quick to offer help. They have a gazillion type of acrylic and oil paints, Almost too many. The prices are average nothing that stands out and makes want to drive 30 minutes for a great deal. Great selection of supplies for painters, sketchers, etc. not really a craft supply store, more so a true artist supply store which is great as they have items the big box craft stores don't carry. Definitely worth a visit to get items you may only be able to get online. The employees are walking around asking if you need assistance vs hiding behind register which was very impressive plus they are knowledgeable on the products offering great suggestions."
