Tributes are pouring in from music legends and celebrities after Ozzy Osbourne, the rock and heavy metal icon turned reality show star, has died at the age of 76, according to his family.

Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello, who served as musical director for Osbourne’s final show, shared a photo with the late singer on Instagram, writing, “Good bless you Ozzy.” Metallica’s X account also shared an image with Osbourne with a heartbroken emoji.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Jason Momoa called hosting Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath's farewell concert on July 5 a "pinch me" moment. O Osbourne's family announced his death at age 76.

Osbourne was dad to five biological children with two women, while also the adoptive father of his first wife's son. He had 10 grandchildren at the time of his death.

Two weeks before Ozzy Osbourne's death, his daughter Kelly Osbourne shared a tribute to her father with a post on Instagram. The post included images and video of his final performance on stage, one she described as a chance for him to say goodbye "in the most beautiful way."

Osbourne, fondly nicknamed the “Prince of Darkness,” was married to his second wife, television personality and music manager Sharon, from 1982 until his death. Together, they shared three children: Aimee, 41; Kelly, 40; and Jack, 39.
