With the Rebel Moon films in his rearview, Zack Snyder is set to reteam with Netflix on an untitled project on the Los Angeles Police Department, in early development at the streamer, Deadline has confirmed.

Zack Snyder is calling the cops. With his two-part epic sci-fi saga Rebel Moon behind him, the filmmaker is reteaming with Netflix for a new feature project, this one an untitled action movie centered on the Los Angeles Police Department.

Zack Snyder has found his next project and will direct an untitled action film centered on an elite LAPD unit.

"Rebel Moon" director Zack Snyder will co-write and direct a Netflix film centering on the Los Angeles Police Department.

This LAPD project is being set up at Netflix, which has hosted the last few Snyder flicks including the Rebels Moon. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Specific details are being kept in lock-up, but the action thriller is being described as being set in the high-stakes world of life and death and centered on an elite LAPD unit that is relentlessly confronted with the unforgiving collision of law and morality.

With all Rebel Moon films out, Zack Snyder is reuniting with Netflix for a new untitled project centered around the Los Angeles Police Department. Currently in early development, the film is co-written by Snyder and longtime collaborator Kurt Johnstad,
