In Phoenix, the forecast high reaches 73 degrees on Friday – 11 degrees cooler than Thursday. It will be windy across the state, too. Gusts of 35-45 mph are forecast around Flagstaff, over 50 mph are possible around Show Low and the White Mountains, and gusts up to 20-25 mph are expected in the Valley.
