Weather.com is reporting that Otto was downgraded to a tropical storm early Wednesday morning, but will still landfall in either Nicaragua or Costa Rica on Thanksgiving Day, possibly as a hurricane.

The Atlantic hurricane season isn’t over yet. The National Hurricane Center now says there’s a high chance (70 percent) that a tropical depression will form in the Caribbean Sea later this week.
