US President Donald Trump says he’s seriously thinking about getting rid of capital gains taxes on the sale of primary homes, a move that could bring major financial relief to homeowners feeling the pinch of rising property values.

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday his administration is considering removing taxes on capital gains on home sales.

Planned Parenthood serves more than 1.3 million patients across California, more than 80% of whom are on Medicaid, known here as Medi-Cal.

Planned Parenthood said in a statement after the injunction that it's thankful the court recognized “the harm” caused by the bill.

While the court ruled some of Planned Parenthood's members will be exempt from the bill's provision, it still leaves a significant number subject to its terms.
