The US and Ukraine are discussing a “mega deal” for Washington to purchase battle-tested drones from eastern Europe in exchange for American heavy weaponry.

Explosions were reported overnight on July 19 in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don, as Russia claimed it came under drone attack, reports local Telegram channels and Russian media. Moscow Mayor Andrey Sobyanin said the drones were shot down as they approached the Russian capital.

A Ukrainian soldier told BI that the thermonaric warheads have gotten bigger, while a first responder said Russia is using them more frequently.
