A man died yesterday at Lake Winnipesaukee after having a medical incident and falling face first into the water, New Hampshire State Police said. Just after 4 p.m., the State Police marine patrol received reports of an ongoing water rescue near Pinnacle Park Road in Meredith, police said.

There were no injuries following a minor crash between a recreational sailboat and the Gilford Fire Department boat on Lake Winnipesaukee on Monday evening.
