Garcia adds depth to a bullpen that has been inconsistent in recent weeks. In his short stint with the Mets this year, he threw 4.2 innings without allowing a run. His return gives the team another bullpen option and a familiar arm who could contribute as they try to recapture the NL East top spot amid recent struggles.
