Police have arrested a man accused of stabbing and killing a teenage boy on a Manhattan subway platform Saturday and charged him with manslaughter, the NYPD said late Tuesday.

The teenager accused of hijacking an N train in Queens on July 17 is now in police custody following a similar incident in the Bronx.

A 24-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a fatal stabbing inside a Manhattan subway station on Saturday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The incident happened around 7:04 p.m. at the West 14th Street and 7th Avenue station.

A dozen subway stations are newly slated for accessibility improvements, transit officials announced. The stations, selected in concert with public surveys, span four boroughs.
