A water main break at a busy Philadelphia intersection caused road closures just before the height of Tuesday morning's rush hour.

A water main break in Northeast Philadelphia is creating a traffic mess on Monday afternoon. The main break is flooding the streets for drivers on Cottman Avenue near State Road. We've reached out to the Philadelphia Water Department to see if they're sending crews to make repairs, but we've yet to hear back.
