Genesis has completed the first engine installation and fire-up of its GMR-001 LMDh car, which is set to debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2026.

A total of 49 cars are set for next weekend’s Motul SportsCar Grand Prix at Road America, the final two-hour and 40-minute all-class race of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.
