LEWISTON, Maine — A person was hit by a vehicle in Lewiston on Tuesday afternoon on Lisbon Street. The pedestrian was at fault for the accident, according to Lewiston police. The person was taken to Central Maine Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Lewiston City Clerk Kathy Montejo told Maine's Total Coverage that it is up to the City Council to decide whether to fill the seat or to leave it vacant until the term ends. Cloutier's term is scheduled to end at the end of 2026. That is on the City Council's agenda for Nov. 18.
