La Crosse police say they continue to follow up on information in Heinz's death, but that criminal conduct wasn't involved.

The Houston County Sheriff's Department found Heinz's body in the Mississippi River Wednesday near Brownsville, Minnesota. Officials are awaiting autopsy results for a cause of death. Houston County said a 911 call came in around 10:15 a.m. from a fisherman saying they had found the body in the river just south of the Lawrence Lake Marina.
