④ 煮面、组装 1. 烧一锅水煮面，煮好后沥干放入冷水中备用。煮面的水不用关火，加入少许食用油与盐煮青菜至断生后取出。 2. 在碗底部加入2大匙担担酱，随后放入煮好的面条与青菜。 3. 舀入żurek热汤，使汤略带乳化但仍保持酸汤特性。 4. 放上肉燥、最后滴少许红油与花椒油与花生碎、葱段。 5. 依个人喜好可以加入少量酸奶油（会让酸与辣融合更柔和）。
