As the Isaacs sang the classic Joel Hemphill song, “I know the Master of the Wind,” my mind went to 1994 when I used this chorus at a double funeral in Danville, Virginia. A precious woman in our church lost her husband and her mother within 24 hours of each other. This song, just like hundreds of other Joel Hemphill songs was used of the Holy Spirit to speak to a deep need that day. On an afternoon of what seemed to be 1001 highlight moments, this one was extremely special to me. Thank you, Joe
