🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 OATMEAL DUSTED HERRING WITH ROASTED RHUBARB 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 An abundance of rhubarb needing to be used was inspiration enough to cook a 3 course meal for myself, my dad and his partner. I love cooking with the Scottish larder when I am back in Scotland for a visit, especially with fish. Herring’s so nostalgic for me, and when I saw the fish shop @taylors_fish had some I had to buy it! You simply press the fillets into ‘Scottish Oatmeal’ then gently fry in butter. Unbelievably delic
