Chicharron 🥓 Recipe: 1. Bring to boil a pot of water. Add 1/2 tsp of cloves, a whole garlic head, 2 bay leaves, 1/4 of onion, and thick strips of pork belly. 2. Add 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1/4 cup of salt and 1 tbsp of black pepper. Stir well. 3. Let it simmer in medium low heat for 30 min. 4. Remove pork belly from pot then create some slits on top of strips. 5. Melt 6 cups of Lard ( pig fat ) then once it’s nice and hot place pork belly into pot.
